Opposition view: Barrow (A)

Before we look at the game, could you give us a memory from previous games against the Gas?

A memorable day in the FA Cup 2nd round December 2016 when we triumphed 1-2 with Byron Harrison bagging a brace.

How has your season been going so far?

Early days with injuries and new players bedding in and with a new manager in Mark Cooper. Things all being well and with a fair wind could pan out well though, but going to be a marathon not a sprint.

And what would you say your ambitions are for the rest of the campaign?

To improve on last season, mid table would leave me a very happy bunny come Easter.

How is your form coming into the game?

Patchy we were undone at Harrogate at the weekend after taking the lead and looking fairly comfortable, it soon went pear shaped. Unlucky not to beat Exeter before that!

How do you think you’ll setup for our game?

4-4-2

Any weak links in your side?

Pace always causes problems. Putting the goal in the back of the net given the chance will be key though!

Who are your standout players?

So far Patrick Brough at the back, Olly Banks in midfield with Dimi Sea and Offrande Zanzala up front. Looks like former Villa youngster Sea will definitely sit this one out though.

Game prediction

Would bite your hand off for a draw and think it be just that 1-1

Where do you think you’ll be come the end of the season?

To early to tell but as I said earlier mid table gives us another season to build on as a club on and off the field in league 2
